| Adhari Park, one of the largest family entertainment centres in Bahrain which was recently opened by the King of Bahrain chooses ROC. |
The recent renovations of Adhari Park is a big step forward in tourism for Bahrain, with 34 rides, museums, billiards, bowling, and a go kart track there is something for everyone making the centre a major tourist attraction for Bahrain.
ROC Commerce was chosen by Adhari Park because of the customisability and saleability of the system which is designed to meet business requirements and grow with the business. They will utilise the benefits of the reception POS and Kiosk modules to check in customers and the membership module to monitor an ever growing client database.
As the centre grows the use of the ROC Commerce System will grow with it including sales module to assist the sales and marketing team with booking corporate events and market to existing customers from the database with the help of Campaign Emailer. There are also a number of restaurants that will take advantage of the ROC Food and Beverage module created to help run bars, fast food outlets and small scale table service locations. Then once the retail stores open they will be taking advantage of ROC’s retail Module which will allow the operators of the park to easily integrate all of their financial and marketing data into one system.
